The doctor, and staff all went above and beyond to listen carefully to my questions and concerns, answered them thoroughly, were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me decide between frames.

After reading the negative I am at a loss. I have been coming here for years and the service has been outstanding. They are very thorough and explain all available options. As for glass selection, look at my pictures, they have one of the largest selections around. I could not be any happier.

We love coming to Visionmax, our favorite vision clinic for over 20 years. Their office is clean, bright and so welcoming.. Everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Hahn makes you feel at ease and so at home that we always look forward to our appointment. The staff big cheery smiles just melt your heart and tells you " you came to the best place!. For the many years we've been there, we feel like a family to Dr. Hahn that we happily share stories about our kids. Her incredible staff are the best. to compliment Sophia, and Ms. Seo, we have known the longest and are always supportive and attentive with our needs. Of course, credit to Yesenia, new staff, we only met yesterday who was sweet and helpful like the rest of the team. Dr. Hahn is unbeatably our best Optometrist. She attentively listens to our concerns and answers all our questions without judgement. She carefully reviews our records without rushing or resorting to short cuts and double checks her findings to ensure she made the right diagnosis and recommendations. Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I was about to give up on finding a contact lense RX that worked for me and they did! Also a great selection of glasses there! Open on Saturdays! 😊

They are as friendly , on time, and welcoming as described. I not only received a very accurate prescription, but found the perfect frames for it I was unable to find elsewhere. They also accepted my insurance. I strongly recommend them.

Love the team and staff. Setup appointment last minute to have eyes checked. I had an eye infection. Took my insurance and payment and I was on my way street purchasing another supply of contacts.

I'm a first impression type of person and when I walked in for the first time I was greeted by a friendly attentive staff and quickly made an appointment. Upon my next visit for my eye exam it was a smooth easy process no wait time and the optometrist was extremely nice and knew exactly what type of contacts I'd need. I'm a very satisfied customer.
